  • What's in your contract?
    When you confirm the car and are satisfied with our price, we can sign a contract. We will make a SC and PI for you. The contract will list the payment method, our receiving bank, delivery time, product information and so on. Within three days after signing the contract, you need to pay the deposit (according to the payment method of the contract). After you pay the deposit, We will send you the VIN and the video including the VIN, so that you can see the overall condition of the car. After the VIN video is sent to you, it means that the car is yours, and you need to pay the balance.
  • How to do the inspection for the car before shipping?
    Yes, no matter the shipping in China or abroad, we will buy the insurance for the car to promise everything will be fine.
  • Does the price you quote include all fees?
    CIP and CIF include the cost of transportation to the port, but you need to clear the customs by yourself, if you don't know how to clear the customs, we can help you.
  • Does the price you quoted including shiping?
    It is up to the terms of payment you prefer. Both CIP & CIF include the shipment fee.
  • Why is the price of the same car constantly changing?
    1. Our company has close links with many manufacturers, who can offer our company great discounts. But this discount varies from time to time. So it might be unpleasant for you. Our company formally apologize to you for the misunderstanding. 2. Changes in exchange rates and logistics transportation costs will also lead to changes in vehicle quotations. 3. Other influencing factors.
  • What are your payment terms?
    T/T, L/C. We prefer T/T 30% as the deposit, and USD and EUR are acceptable. Before you pay the balance, we will show you the photos of the packaging of the products and the relevant certificates of customs clearance and export. Before the goods are officially shipped from China Customs, we need you to pay the remaining 70% of the payment. If you want to cooperate in other ways, please contact our service staff for communication.
  • Can I have a price list of all your models?
    Since we have a large number of models, and the price is often changed, the price on the list may not be accurate enough. I suggest that you better give us the list of models you need, so that we can provide a more accurate quotation.
  • What cars available do you have in stock now？
    Most models we have in stock, but some popular models and new models need to be ordered. If you have a list of models you are interested in, please send it to us and we will check the inventory and quotation for you.
